St. Charles Borromeo Church’s Odell Organ is turning 130 this year and the church is using its third annual Fall Concert to celebrate.
The Concert is to take place at the Church on Saturday, November 6th at 7 pm to be followed by a reception.
In addition to playing music by Pachelbel, Alain, Sweelinck, Bingham and more, Organist Jonathan Hall will also talk about the history of the organ and “highlight the instrument in a special way.”
Tickets are $20 in advance (visit the church’s website here), or $25 at the door. The church is located at 21 Sidney Place.
This is sure to be a beautiful evening not to be missed by any Brooklyn Heights residents.
