The 2010 Dancing With the Stars winner will be announced live tonight. The 2010 Dancing With the Stars season finale airs from 9 pm to 11 pm on ABC, and we will find out if it is Jennifer Grey, Bristol Palin, or Kyle Massey that is named the best celebrity dancer of the season. Debate has raged about who deserves to win this season, who might have had a competitive advantage coming into the season, and who has the best chance to receive support from the home audience during the final week.
On Monday night we saw the first two dances of the two-part season finale, and we will get to see two more dances on Tuesday night. The judges’ scores from those four dances will be combined with the home audience voting, and from that we will have a winner for season 11 of Dancing With the Stars. The early advantage goes to Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough, who finished the Monday night show with two perfect scores. It puts them four points ahead of Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer and eight points ahead of Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas going into day two.

November 22 Dancing With the Stars Scores (Week Ten)
*Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough — 30/30 (FD) + 30/30 (SD) = 60/60
*Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer — 27/30 (FD) + 29/30 (SD) = 56/60
*Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas — 27/30 (FD) + 25/30 (SD) = 52/60
**FD = First Dance; SD = Second Dance**
The first dance of the night was a redemption dance, where the judges had the couples perform the dance which was their worst of the season. It was a second chance to prove that they are good in a particular dance style, and also a way to show the voting audience how far they have come during the season. The second dance was a freestyle performance, where there were no rules for the contestants, and lifts were allowed in order to bring the audience to their feet.
The second night of the 2010 Dancing With the Stars finals will come on Tuesday night, and it should provide not just an intriguing end result to the season, but some memorable musical performances as well. All of the eliminated contestants from the season will also be returning, giving fans one last chance to see them all.
