Lunges with lightweight for 5 sets and high-reps.
Walking in general is a great way for women too get a nice butt but walking on an incline is an even better way too get a nice butt. Women should try to walk on an incline level for at least 30 minutes but if you are able to do an hour or maybe a little less than that than that is even better.
Doing squats is a very effective exercise that women can do in order to reach their goals of getting a nice butt. Squats works the entire lower body and doing squats is a quick way to build a nice butt up.
Lunges is also a great exercise for the legs but they are also a great exercise to build a nice butt. Women who do lunges often should start seeing some nice results in a short period of time.
