A Boy’s Will
I, Tommy, age 11, leave all my stuff to Carl, except some stuff.
To my bratty sister, I leave my trumpet because she hates it so.
To Mrs. Barns, I give my books since they are her fault anyway.
To Henry, he gets the two extra tires from my bike. He can’t get new ones for his bike ’cause his dad lost his job. Maybe you should give him the bike too. Carl has two already.
To Sam I leave the picture I drew of her and I fishin’- and my pole.
To Mom I leave my teddy since I won’t be there to hug. She needs her hugs.
To Dad I leave Mom. She always makes me feel better and he’s been feeling bad a lot.
To the doctors I leave hope that next time they can stop the sickness earlier.
The nurses get my smiles because they have a hard job. They should get more money too so give Miss Juley, and Mrs. Kelly my piggy bank to share.
