I am a big fan of ranch dressing, especially the really creamy styles, so when I spotted a bottle of Savory Collection Creamy & Smooth Ranch Dressing, I was intrigued. I had never heard of this brand. I decided to purchase this salad dressing, try it and write an unbiased product review all about my personal experience with it. Here is what I discovered!
I found Savory Collection Creamy & Smooth Ranch Dressing in the one dollar items section of my local Rite Aid drug store, of all places. Creamy ranch salad dressing for one dollar? Wow! That is for me! This bottle has the words “Taste of excellence” on it and that statement gave me encouragement. I discovered that this is the most popular flavor of this line of salad dressings. When I tasted it, I could see why. It’s rich taste comes from buttermilk, sour cream, herbs and spices.
I tried this dressing on a tossed salad with lettuce, tomatoes and green olives. It was fabulous. Not quite Hidden Valley, but close to it, I have to admit. The name does say it all, it is very creamy and smooth, not to mention thick. Delicious. A friend of mine and fellow ranch dressing lover tasted it also and agreed. I rate Savory Collection Creamy & Smooth Ranch Dressing four stars out of five stars. I will be buying it again. This is a very budget friendly and good tasting salad dressing.
I got curious about the Savory Collection brand and I visit the Private Label Foods website. They distribute this product and I was amazed to discover that this company not only distributes sauces, salsa, dressings, marinades, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, pasta sauce and cocktail sauce, they actually will take your own recipe and bottle it up, add your logo and distribute it. Wow! That is really cool. Restaurant owners that have a special house salad dressing favorite recipe can now sell that to their customers. You can even sell your own favorite homemade salad dressing recipe yourself. Fantastic.
