The Bachelor Pad was swinging with activity on last night on ABC. Love and deception were in the air and unexpected paths crossed. Sparks flew and the $250,000 dream was crushed for two.
The insiders and the outsiders were no more in this episode of the Bachelor Pad. Gia, who was sure Nikki was going to vote off Kiptyn and split up the couples/popular crowd changed her vote at the last minute. This sneaky move eliminated Craig M. who Gia tried hard to keep on the show (even if she should have given him the safety rose on her date).
Gia felt that is was shady of Nikki not to change her decision and called her out on it in front of the group. This just made everyone on the popular team dislike Gia more.
Apparently Nikki has more strategy than anyone thought because she gained points for keeping Kiptyn safe. I do not think she will win, but it made people think less about kicking her off for the time being.
Last night’s competition on the Bachelor Pad was the steamiest yet! A kissing contest was held between the groups. The males voted on which female was the best kisser while the females voted on which male was the best kisser.
Some kisses were romantic, some sloppy, and some were just plain sexual. Natalie and Elizabeth went all out with a deep (maybe a little sloppy) kiss for all the boys. Unfortunately, that meant laying a wet one on the weatherman, something none of the girls wanted to do.
At the end of the contest everyone voted. Dave was picked as the best kisser from the guys’ side. Peyton (to everyone’s surprise since she is from an earlier season) was voted the best female kisser.
Dave’s date was first, and the Bachelor Pad generously sent him and three lovely ladies off to Vegas. Dave chose to go on the date with Natalie, Crisily, and Nikki. Dave picked Nikki to thank her for not voting off Kiptyn, Crisily to try and sway her to the popular side, and Natalie for romance.
The whole day in Vegas the four of them got to romp around at a topless pool. Of course, only Natalie was bold (or classless) enough to take her top off. Dave was able to talk to each lady.
Crisily was dying to talk to Dave about a spark she felt during the kissing contest between the two of them. Much to Crisily’s dismay Natalie stole Dave’s attention, and she did not get a chance to express herself.
After the pool date a rose was placed on the table back at the hotel. Dave chose Natalie to spend the rest of the date with and giving her the safety rose. They opted to spend the night in the fantasy suite. The door to the fantasy suite closed (leaving little to the imagination) and in the morning Dave and Natalie were a secret couple.
Peyton was next up for her date. She chose to go with Jesse Kovacs, Jesse B., and Kiptyn. It looked like her strategy was to break up the couples. Tenley and Elizabeth already had their claim on Kiptyn and Kovacs.
The four of them went on a drag racing date. I think Bachelor Pad expected the adrenaline rush to add extra emotions, and it worked. Peyton talked with each of the guys, but it was clear Jesse B. had eyes for her.
Fortunately for Peyton Jesse B. expressed his feelings during their one on one time, and he received the rose. They spent the night in the fantasy suite as well to “get to know each other.”
This left Kovacs fearing elimination because he was a couple with Elizabeth.
While Peyton, Dave, Natalie, and Jesse B. were safe for the elimination the rest of the contestants spent time strategizing and making last-minute attempts at being saved from elimination. Unfortunately, Gia and the Weatherman could not save themselves. They were eliminated.
I am interested to see how the competition pans out and if couples turn against each other. It was an exciting episode. I will of course be sticking around for next week’s Bachelor Pad action!
