Writing for AC can be a lot of fun, as well as a viable way to help you earn some extra money from home. The possibilities when writing for AC are practically endless, considering the fact that you can submit content on essentially any topic of your choosing. However, when choosing what topics to focus on when writing for AC, one may want to carefully consider which topics are chosen. Most AC content producers know what it’s like to run dry of article topic ideas, and any CP will tell you that the best topics to write about are those which you know about. That being said, you may find that writing, and publishing, an article about extra personal life experiences may not be your best choice, even when you are pressed for topic ideas. When choosing topics for your AC articles, consider the following bits of advice.
Be aware that your profile page can be extra revealing in it’s entirety – So, you wrote an article about how to handle multiple breakups in one year, who cares? Well, you might. Months later, when you realize that your profile page lists all of your articles in chronological order, you are going to realize quickly that it wouldn’t take much for a reader to piece together a series of events occurring in your personal life. If one month you write an article featuring, Things You Should Never Say to a New Girlfriend, and then the following month you write another article titled, The Worst Gifts Men Give to Women, and finally, three weeks later, add to your unintentional series with, How to Handle Your Third Breakup In as Many Months, you have essentially given anyone looking at your library of articles a rather revealing look into your personal life.
For safety reasons, be careful about what information you put out there – It probably isn’t the wisest choice to write articles that together, convey the profile of someone who is particularly vulnerable to crime. Criminals who want to locate the best victims are not necessarily stupid, and plenty of them have mastered using the Internet to help them accomplish seedy tasks. For instance, if a reader was to view your AC profile, you don’t want them to see a slew of articles with titles like, Best Things About Being a Woman Living Alone in Seattle; Why I Never Lock My Doors; Great Secret Places to Hide Money in Your Home; and, 3 Reasons Why I Would Never Own a Firearm. Someone scary could easily then glance up to the top of your profile page and obtain your full name, along with a nice color photo of you to go along with it.
Finding article topics to write about can definitely be a challenge at times, but reconsider before you resort to telling the world everything there is to know about your personal life just to get a few more articles written.
