I hate when my ass itches. It happens- sex can do it, underwear chaffing can do it, a really big poo can do it- whatever reasons you may have that makes your poor bum hole and crack itch like mad, you don’t have to deal with it until it goes away, you can find quick relief easily!
My fiance always carries baby butt cream with him. Why? Because walking around sweating his ass off in his tighty whities gives him a grown-up diaper rash and makes him grumpy as a bear. He always has the goop with him to relieve any anal itching that plagues him (he’s also found that wearing the classic men’s underwear makes him chafe far less in his butt than wearing boxer briefs do- much to my disappointment, since his bum is so cute in those boxer briefs…), but keeping that stuff handy really helps when your ass itches so much you just can’t keep your hands out of your crack.
Ladies, we tend to get anal itching from wearing pads during our periods. All that sweat from a pad just screams butt rash, and that includes the anus, which itches most of all. Using a vaginal itch relief cream works to help relieve the itching, just be careful not to venture to your vaginal area to avoid transferring bacteria.
A baby wipe with aloe in it helps as well for that “Ahhh…” relief and to keep the anal area clean so it can heal faster. As I said, even a large poo can tear the anus and leave it itchy, so having these wipes handy helps keep bacteria at bay and helps the area heal. A rash from too-tight undies, sweating, or just anal itching for unknown reasons can be quickly relieved by a baby wipe with aloe in it.
If your butt itches so much you just can’t stand it, don’t scratch at it, or grab toilet paper and rub your ass raw just because it feels good. This just exacerbates the itching issue and keeps your anus from healing and makes the rash worse. Sit in a hot tub to help relieve the itching pain and gently cleanse the area with water and make sure to lightly towel dry completely to keep moisture out. Wear loose underwear and clothing until the itching heals (usually within 72 hours) and apply products safe for the anus to the area to get relief from the insane itch. Above all, don’t be embarrassed, it happens to everyone- including me- and can be easily remedied rather than just “dealing with it.”
