The Brooklyn Daily Eagle recently reported that the DUMBO Real Estate Management Company, Two Trees, has two new tenants.
The architecture firm, Andrea Mason Design, is moving into 20 Jay Street. The firm reportedly signed a three-year lease on 1,393 square feet of space in the building complete with touch-screen directories, high ceilings, and stellar views of the harbor.
Rubber Band International, another real estate and development company that is currently located on the Lower East Side, is taking space at 55 Washington Street. The company leased 1,072 square feet of space for one year in another building equipped with touch screen directories and high ceilings.
Both buildings also have attended parking garages.
