There are those that attempt to keep peace or to keep conflict to a minimum. Have you thought about what you give out?
1. Trouble Makers
Trouble makers may come in different forms. Some are gossipers. They can hardly wait to get on the telephone and tell someone else the juicy gossip that they know. The only thing about gossiping is that the original story somehow changes and looses it’s translation and it travels from person to person. There are those that hate to see others happy. They love to keep the other person upset and in turmoil. Unfortunately, there are people that actually plot to cause others drama. They seemingly are happy to see others in turmoil.
2. Rock The Boat
Then you have those that don’t want to “rock the boat.” They do not want to take a stand for anything. Whatever the group wants or decides is fine with them. They do not have a preference. Do you know anyone like that?
Have there been times that it was more popular to go along with a group and not to disagree? Sometimes rather than causing disagreement, one might just not say anything even though they know in their heart that they do not agree with a statement or action. Even though there is a time and place for everything, there are times that we may say what we need to say with love.
Did you know there are a lot of angry people in the world? Some have never dealt with their anger, nor attempted to. This anger and rage just continues to build and build until they just burst. Hopefully, you are not in their pathway when that occurs. If you are, you better look out. By being observant and aware one can sometimes deal with or avoid that angry person. Sometimes if you are not able to avoid it, then you must deal with it. Many times the angry person is mad about something that does not relate to you. You can either be confronting to that person or let that person know that you understand how they feel. That possibly if you were in that situation, you would probably feel the exact same way. Sometimes just asking that person what you can do to help is a great alleviator of the present anger.
