3 medium or 2 large bananas mashed
4 cups milk
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ tsp salt
Whole wheat flour
Will feed from four to six people depending on their appetite!
Mix above ingredients together in large bowl with a wire Whisk.
Add whole wheat flour little by little until consistency of pancake batter. If batter is too thin you can add more flour or too thick you can add more milk. You will know if it is too thick if it takes too long to cook in the middle.
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in frying pan
Add pancake mixture to hot oil. Turn the heat down to medium to make sure the centers get cooked before the outsides burn.
When pancakes form bubbles on top, turn over.
They are done when brown and cooked in middle.
