Searching for cake mix cookie recipes? Have an extra cake mix laying around and want to make cookies with it? Here are a few cake mix cookie recipes using chocolate cake mixes. I tweaked these recipes a little from others that I had found.
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie Recipe #1: Dark Fudge Cake Mix Cookies
This one makes a very plump, chunky and delicious cookie. They are not the most attractive cookies, but they are delicious.
The ingredients are 1 package of duncan hines dark fudge cake mix, 1/2 cup of margarine, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of crushed peanuts, walnuts or pecans.
Turn the oven on to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients except for the the nuts and chocolate chips. Slowly add in the nuts and chocolate. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie or baking sheet. (Be sure to grease it.) Bake for approximately 11-15 minutes. (Check on them at about 11 minutes.) Enjoy!
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie Recipe #2: Oatmeal Chocolate Delights
These are delicious and not your ordinary type of cake mix cookies.
It calls for an 18.5 oz box of German chocolate cake mix, 1/2 cup of quick-cooking oatmeal, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 2 eggs and 1 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
After preheating the oven to 350, mix all of the ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 to 13 minutes. They taste great with a full cup of milk!
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookie Recipe #3: 4 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Delights
This one is very simple. Sure, it’s fattening (like the others) but it’s delicious.
It calls for one (18 oz) box of chocolate cake mix, 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1/2 cup of peanut butter (creamy is best), and 3 eggs. Mix all ingredients well, and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated over (350 degrees) for 8 to 11 minutes. These are scrumptious!
