With the very important upcoming general Michigan election on November 2nd, all voters are encouraged to participate, even if you are physically unable to get to a polling location or won’t be in the city of Birmingham on election day, you can still participate with an absentee ballot. The process is easy and will require that you fill out a simple absentee application and return it to our City Clerk’s Office; you can obtain the forms from the City Clerk’s Office or online at, ci.birmingham.mi.us.
The Birmingham City Clerk’s Office will be accepting absentee ballots and also issuing absentee ballots on October 30th from 9AM until 2PM. The City Clerk’s Office is located in the Municipal Building at 151 Martin; enter at the Pierce Street entrance.
