Hobbies, Crafts & Games is a small locally owned and operated shop. They have a huge selection of games for all different types of consoles, and even offer used games as well, and will buy your old games from you. I can imagine they may have sales on Black Friday, but might not be as busy as some of the bigger chain stores, like Fred Meyer and Wal-Mart. Tips for Video Game Shopping on Black Friday
Get there early!
Most people don’t enjoy getting up at the crack of dawn, but in order to score the best deals on Black Friday, you might need to! Get up early, and show up early! There may be lines outside of the stores, and the sooner you get there the better! If you might end up waiting outside in a line, it may be a good idea to pack gloves and a hat in case it’s cold!
Scope it out
If you plan to shop at a particular store first, it might be a good idea to scope it out beforehand! Take the time to figure out where the games you’re looking for are located so you’ll know exactly where to go when you get there during the rush. Also, pay attention to the parking lot and make sure you know which area of the parking lot is closest to the doors near the video games.
Use the Buddy System
If a friend is planning to get some of the same items as you are, arrange it so they grab multiples of one item, while you grab multiples of another, dividing them up before you check out!
Use Common Sense
Many people let Black Friday get the best of them and can become not only rude, but violent over the sales. Don’t fall into the vicious competitiveness that Black Friday brings, and remember, no sale is worth violence or injury.
