Bleu Cheese and Bacon Dip
1/2 cup sour cream
2 oz. bleu cheese crumbles
3 oz cream cheese, softened
4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
1. Combine the sour cream, cream cheese and bleu cheese together in a blender. Blend on low until smooth. Chill mixture for one hour in the refrigerator.
2. Stir in the crumbled bacon pieces until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
