Brett Favre’s meeting with the NFL is done for now, Jason La Confora of the NFL tweeted today. The scandal surrounding Favre came to a head when he had to meet with NFL security chief, Milt Ahlerich in Minnesota today. USA Today reports Favre left the meeting late Tuesday afternoon after an investigation the football league is pursuing in determining if the Minnesota Vikings quarterback actually violated any rules of conduct when he allegedly sent inappropriate text messages and photos to sideline reporter Jenn Sterger back in 2008.
Jason La Confora tweeted:
“I’m told Favre’s meeting with NFL security has wrapped up. The league is not commenting on matter in any way or confirming meeting happened.”
