The Buffalo Bills are out of their bye week and facing the rough and tumble Baltimore Ravens October 24th. The Ravens will be angry for this game after dropping a critical game against the New England Patriots in their last game. The Baltimore Ravens were favorites to take the AFC North title but they have not played like a team that can be a threat in the NFL Playoffs.
Buffalo Bills Offense vs Baltimore Ravens Defense
The Baltimore Ravens and Ray Lewis are tough enough to play on a normal weekend but this weekend they will be bitter and angry after a tough road loss to the New England Patriots. The Ravens defense, led by Ray Lewis, has been the catalyst in several victories including their win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Buffalo Bills enter this game with one goal in mind, survival. Ryan Fitzpatrick has played well enough to keep the Buffalo Bills in some games but they need to get their rookie phenom CJ Spiller unhooked and breaking off some big runs. Spiller has plenty of potential but the Bills have kept him under wraps to this point of the season. The Baltimore Ravens defense has a huge edge over the Buffalo Bills offense.
Buffalo Bills Defense vs Baltimore Ravens Offense
The Buffalo Bills defense is much maligned but they are not terrible. They have given up plenty of points this season but there were always extenuating circumstances. The Bills secondary was suppose to be their strong suit but they have been getting burned in every game this season.
Joe Flacco and his heavily touted receivers on the Baltimore Ravens have not lived up to their advanced billing in the 2010 NFL season. As the Pittsburgh Steelers begin to run away with the AFC North division the Ravens need to take care of two things on offense. Establish the run with Ray Rice and Willis McGahee and than set up the play action pass. The Baltimore Ravens offense has a large edge over the Buffalo Bills defense.
