[he’s referring to scores of young people voting in San Diego, where precincts ran out of ballots due to an overwhelming number of young voters] FYI on OCT 1st, 2010, the Governator signed as of Jan 1st, 2011 decriminalizing Marijuana in California held by persons 21 and over under 1 oz, to just a simple fine of 100$, no court, no judge, no mark on record just the fine. I didnt hear this when it happend for some reason, just found out yesterday….Goolge it and happy smokin!

It appears, and has been projected by Fox News, that California’s Prop. 19 will, indeed fail.
