I know that the Jets have zero chance of beating the New England Patriots on Monday night. Rex Ryan talks a good, maybe great game. But his talk and bravado is going to fall well short and the Pats are going to even the score with the Jets quite handily at Foxboro. The Jets are a house of cards with Rex the Joker in this deck. He tries to get into the head of his opponents, this may work with mere mortals, but does he really think that he can mess with Tom Brady? Rex has even jokingly commented that he is just like Tom Brady. He is handsome like Brady and he is married to a supermodel wife like Tom. I know that it was said as a joke, but Rex is trying to get into Brady’s head. Rex needs to come up with a little more than this to bother the three time Super Bowl champ. It’s just not going to happen.
The Jets QB, Mark Sanchez, is barely getting it done. He is completing his passes at a terrible 55% and most of these are short little passes to LT. He is playing not to make mistakes that will lose a game, not playing as a leader – making big plays to win a game. he can’t read defenses, there is alot of talk going around that the Jets have to once again simplify their offense for their QB. They went to simple color-coding the plays in the playoffs last year and they will probably have to go back to this again.
Revis Island. Darrelle Revis has just said that the Jets have accomplished everything that they have set out to do this year. Darelle is definitely not a brain surgeon. Hey out there on that island – The goal is to win the Super Bowl.
The Jets will lose on Monday night and they will lose alot more than one game. They will be exposed as a flawed team squeaking by because of the swagger of their coach. Rex is a guy that you hate when he is against you, but would probably love if he was coaching your team. But the swagger is going to go away after Monday night and I think that the Jets will start their fade along with it. Bye Bye Jets. Monday night score – Pats 38 – Jets 18.
