There is nothing better than a homemade meal. One of my favorite meals to make is Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo. It’s so delicious and everyone always loves it! Bon Appetit!
What you will need:
1 ½ box of fettuccini noodles
1 large tomato
3-4 pieces of chicken breasts
2 pints heavy whipping cream
2 sticks of butter
4 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 cup of parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons of garlic powder
6 tablespoons of olive oil (vegetable oil will do)
3-4 tablespoons of red wine
First, you want to cook the fettuccine noodles. You will need a pot to be filled with water about three fourths of the way. Pour in three tablespoons of olive oil. The olive oil keeps the noodles from sticking. Put in 2 teaspoons of salt for flavor. Once water boils put in the noodles. Once noodles are done, drain and put aside.
Take a frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat. While that heats take the chicken and cut off any fat. If the chicken breast is thick, slice it in half to make it thinner. Once you’re done, place the chicken on the frying pan. Sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper on it. Flip and do the same to the other side. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked put them on a cutting board and slice them into half inch strips. Place it aside.
Next, grab tomato and mushrooms. Slice the tomatoes into small cubes and slice the mushrooms into small slices then cubes. Set aside.
In a saucepan combine butter, and cream cheese. Stir until completely melted. Then add the heavy whipping cream. Once the sauce starts simmering add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder and red wine. Stir until well blended and melted. Let the sauce sit for 10 minutes (the longer it sits the thicker it gets). Then add the tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken and stir. Then add the fettuccini and enjoy!
