Once again, welcome. I would like to start off by saying that this article may seem void of exciting punctuation, however i think this is something you’ve come to expect from me and my writing. Now onto the topic. Many of you may be asking “clair-what?!”. Well, that’s why I’m here, isn’t it? Clairsensing is the grouping term given to Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience and terms of that sort.
Clairalience- Meaning ‘Clear Smelling’, Clairalience is one of the rarer and more disputed of the Clairsensing sub-categories. Many who experience Clairalience attribute it to a sharp sense of smell and rarely a warning from the spiritual realm.
Clairsentience- Meaning ‘Clear Feeling’, Clairsentiece is the ability from which a person can aquire psycic knowledge of a person, primarily emotions. This ability has been used many times to assist the police, usually in missing persons cases.
Clairaudience- Meaning ‘Clear Hearing’, Clairaudience is the ability to hear things via paranormal auditory means. This is commonly combined with Clairvoyance.
Clairvoyance- Excellent segway, eh? Segway.. such an odd word. Even weirder spelling. Anyways, back to the topic. Clairvoyance means ‘Clear Seeing’. People who have this ability are capable of seeing, and usually hearing, spirits and residual energy.
Claircognizance- This is one I stumbled on accidently. Claircognizance means “Clear Knowing”. People who have this ability tend to “just know”. For example, while digging around I found an account of someone who “just knew” where his friend was, and how he had overdosed. This person apparently tracked down the morgue that his body was in and, sure enough, his friend had died of an overdose. Note that this was found on the internet, so like most psychics, I question it’s credibility.
Clairgustance- Okay, final one. GIve yourself a pat on the back for making it this far. Now back to business. Clairgustance means “Clear Tasting”. This is one that I honestly hadn’t heard of before today. Then again, I’d never heard of smelling, feeling, or knowing either. Unfortunatly I didn’t find any cases of this being used or experienced.
