Place a cloth or rag under the chin in the middle of the lower jawbone, pull the sides up and tie it on the top of the head. The picture could be painted of someone in agony from tooth pain using this technique to perhaps apply pressure to stop the pain or to keep the jawbone from moving to keep from having pain.
The cloth-rag method may have been more of a poultice to hold medicine in place inside the mouth or to hold medicine on the outside on the cheek & teeth area.
Suppose you could apply the same technique to change the face shape and possibly jawbone structure & shape.
With a broken jaw tying a cloth -rag under the chin could stabilize the jawbone and keep you from moving it. Although with a broken jaw a doctor should always be seen since there are other methods to mobilize the jaw and more may need to be done then just mobilizing it.
The cloth-rag could redirect growth by stabilizing a jawbone. The jawbone wouldn’t have to be broken to possibly redirect change.
If used an hour or two a day it may be able to realign the jaw enough to correct overbites and underbites. It could in essence realign the proper posture of the face. When you realign facial posture it’s like sitting or standing up straight correctly using good posture. Performing good posture daily can change body shape. Instead of the body becoming stooped over it is straight & erect.
Initially good posture may be able to burn fat because you have to work at it. This could cause fat shrinkage since the working muscles would become hungry having to get used to good posture. Continuation of good posture would be similar to workouts. The body will keep seeing change as it firms and fat cells shrink.
The cloth-rag method may do the same for the face causing shrinkage of stretched, droopy and sagging skin.
Tying a cloth or rag under the chin too tightly could choke you or cause marks. Loosen the cloth-rag or remove if you feel choked or it is digging into the skin.
The cloth-rag can also make a cute addition to a disguise for Halloween. It makes cute floppy bunny ears or it is the start of a mummy costume. It makes for a cute toothache costume to. You just need to dress normal and adorn your chin and head then moan and groan in pain. Add a touch of fake blood to the cloth-rag and you’ll really look like you’re in pain.
