Who doesn’t love a piece of hot, garlicky, buttery piece of bread with a heaping plate of pasta? The crunch and strong flavor makes a spaghetti or lasagna dinner that much more satisfying and enjoyable. While I love to make garlic bread from scratch using a loaf of Italian bread, pats of softened butter and cloves of real garlic, sometimes time is not on my side and I must rely on a prepackaged garlic bread product. I recently tried Cooper’s Garlic Texas Toast and was more than pleased. This food review will offer some information and my opinion on this tasty and affordable treat.

The front of the box depicts delicious looking Texas toast and the back of the box contains the nutritional and cooking information. Cooper’s Garlic Texas Toast can be readily found in supermarket’s frozen foods section.

Directions are also listed for preparing this product on an outdoor grill. The manufacturer does not recommend cooking this garlic toast in a microwave or toaster.
