I made this salad the other day and I just loved it. Thought I would pass it on. It’s also very healthy!
Dressing of choice
Be sure to rinse the spinach well before preparing it in small pieces. Add ingredients in a salad bowl and add dressing of your choice. Can be served with soup or sandwich. For soup you can have chicken broth with any fresh vegetables you like. To add to this healthy lunch you can add a juice such as V8 or fresh orange juice.
You will have a healthy and tasty lunch.
