How does one deal with pain, as I was studying for part 2 of this poem, I started to focus on the four types of forgiveness:
Eternal forgiveness- is what we receive when we are saved. (John 3:16)
Borrowed forgiveness -is God’s forgiveness being declared through the church. (John 20:22-23)
Communional forgiveness – is what we receive after confession of sin; this restores our walk of fellowship with the Spirit of God. (1John 1:7-9)
Governmental Forgiveness – is when God removes His hand of discipline from us and now deals with us after a different manner than we had not yet learned to submit to Him. (Matt. 614-15)
God starts working on our inside, even though we hurt from actions of other people and sometime ourselves. Even though you may say, I’m done. It is really just the beginning, because true victory is Christ himself. It is only after your faith has been tested. Notice how the poem ends:
No matter how many mistakes I make,
They will say get up my child and celebrate,
My life will no longer be like Burger King,
Have it your way,
It will be full of life,
Done, done, done!
It is understood victory is God’s business, the reason we can celebrate is because we let go and let God prevail. In order to get victory, we have to realize that we are weak, and He is our strength. Our feelings are no good when we need faith, we can’t feel faith, and we have to believe.
An experience in life is nothing without the Word of God; we have nothing if we are not holding to our faith. When we experience things in life it is not you that is being tested, God is being proven in our life. Our life is not our own, it is to fulfill the purpose of God.
Done, done, done!
