Signatures are useful and can save you time. If you sign your name, web address, quote, or anything like that every time you send an email, you would be better off to create an email signature. By creating these signatures, you can save yourself time because a couple clicks of the mouse and you will have the signature inserted into your email. If you are using the DreamMail email client as your default email, you can quickly create a signature for your emails, and I will show you how.
For starters, you will need to load your DreamMail email client. Once the email client has loaded, you can click the Tools menu at the top of your email. Then click the Signature Manager option in that menu. Give DreamMail a second and the signature box will load.
In the signature box, you will need to find the New button and click it. The New button should be in the top, left corner of your signature box. Click the New button and a box will open asking you for the name of your signature you are about to create. So, type the name of your signature in that box and click OK.
Now you will see the text editor in the right panel. This is where you will need to type your signature, or create your signature. Type what you want in the text editor and use the tools at the top of the editor to edit the text. With the tools at the top, you can insert smilies, change the text, create a background, insert pictures, and more. Maximize the window to see all of the tools. If you still see an arrow on the far right after maximizing your window, you can click the arrow to see the rest of the tools.
When you are finished creating your email signature in DreamMail, click the disk icon at the top. That will save the signature you just created. You are free to close this box after you have saved it. Now you can create your emails and insert the signature you created.
To insert your signature into your email, you will need to click the arrow beside the signature button, at the top of your email window. When the signature menu opens, you can click the name of the signature you want to insert. You can have more than one signature in your email client.
