Discovery Toys offers great educational toys, books, games and music for children ranging in age from 0-8 years old. These toys are not offered in stores, but can be purchased online or through a consultant.

Discovery Toys is a sponsor of Toys for Tots and donates thousands of educational products to this program. They also support children with autism and special needs and helped in aiding the country of Haiti after disaster struck.
Discovery Toys are broke down into age-appropriate categories which are: infant (0-12months), toddler (age 1-3 years), preschool (age 3-5 years) and school years (age 5-8 years). Their mission is to teach, play and inspire.
In the infant age group they offer a nice line of products. They have different categories which include sensory & motor development, tactile learning, multi-sensory, language & emotional development, music & movement and more. Some items in the sensory & motor development area are Try-Angle ($30.00), which has many colorful beads attached to it for play and Ring Around Soft Teether ($9.00).
The toddler group offers categories such as reasoning skills & imaginary play, exploration, spatial thinking and pre-math exploration. In the pre-math category Discovery Toys offers a Giant Pegboard ($18.50), which has many different colored shapes that can be stacked and a Sunshine Market ($25.00).
For preschoolers Discovery Toys has a great line of categories including early math, exploration & motor skills, reading & language, language development, science language & exploration and critical thinking. In the science language & exploration area they offer books like What Dinosaur Am I?, What Insect Am I? and What Ocean Creature Am I? Each of these cost $12.50.
The school years group has categories in critical thinking, visual learning, problem solving, language & reasoning and social & emotional. In the social & emotional category a game is offered called Friendship Island ($32.50) in which the child learns the value of friendships, kindness, cooperation and consideration. In the visual learning category a product called Mosaic Mysteries is available for $17.50. This is a fun item that creates interesting patterns by identifying, sorting and matching colors and shapes.
