The empty lot at 27 Cranberry, reports Brownstoner, sold recently for a cool one and a half million dollars.
That seems like a bit much for a 25 ft by 100 ft empty lot, but considering a nearby Brownstone recently sold for over 6 million, that suddenly doesn’t seem like such a bad price.
The lot sold on October 13th, according to Property Shark, and Brooklyn Heights Blog reports that Department of Building application is for a “four story building” that will “take up most of the lot.”
Looking at the DOB paperwork, it looks like it is planned to be a single family home of 5,490 square feet.
It appears the application was disapproved as of 10/25, however, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens here.
