Today, everyone want to look good as they walk away. To get a better looking booty, you need to make sure your hamstrings are in shape so that they (the hamstrings) can help to lift the muscles of your buttocks.
Do this exercise to form your buttocks. All you need is a sturdy chair to get the best looking booty you have had in a long time.
> Stand at the left side of the back of the chair with your right hand on your hip. With your heels together, slightly bend your right leg outward with your toes pointed outward.
> Slowly swing your right leg backward and up, while keeping your toes pointed and your knee pointed slightly to the right side.
> Keep your buttocks tight during the backward lift and straighten your leg out behind you.
> Hold the position for five seconds and slowly return your leg to the starting position.
> Do three set of five reps, holding the position each time for five seconds. Increase the number of reps each week until you work your way up to 3 set of 15 reps.
EXAMPLE: Week 1) – 3 set of 5 reps. Week 2) – 3 set of 6 reps. Week 3) – 3 sets of 7 reps…
> As your booty gets better and better looking, add resistance with one or two pound ankle weights and you can remove the chair from the workout and let you body hold your weight. Lift your arms high to add even more resistance.
> REMEMBER: Make sure you tighten your buttock muscles as you lift and lower your leg to add a greater advantage. Do not tilt your torso forward, keep it in a natural position. Some people need to consult their physician before they start on an exercise routine.
After several weeks of doing this exercise, you will definitely look as good going as you do coming.
