This guide will cover the various perks unlocked and available to a character at Level 14 and beyond, covering the different options and the requirements for each in Fallout New Vegas. Every even level gained grants a new perk option, all the way to level 30 giving a total of 15 choices available throughout the entire characters level progression.
The Adamantium Skeleton perk gives a 50% reduction to the damage taken by all of your limbs. Useful if you took the light frame perk, or find yourself running into traps a lot, or playing in hardcore mode. This perk has no effect on your base hit points or the damage taken to your life.
