Outlook 2007 created something called “Conversation View.” This view provides a list of all related messages. It helps users stay organized and pulls all related messages together for easy viewing.
However, what if you haven’t upgraded to Outlook 2007?
It is simple to find related messages in Outlook 2003 and earlier versions.
Simply click on the message you wish to find messages related to.
Click on the “Tools” menu, hover to “Find” and then click on “Related Messages.”
The “Advanced Find” window pops-up showing all related messages. See slideshow below for images.
This window allows you to further define the search and narrow the results as you want.
