Kim Kardashians, “Fit in Your Jeans by Friday” series consists of 3 different DVDs; Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt, Amazing Abs Body Sculpt, and Butt Blasting Cardio Step. These tapes are specially designed to chisel your core, tone your abs, and boost that backside to have you trimmed and toned by the weekend.
In the videos, Kim teaches how to properly perform the exercises and make the most of your workout in a short amount of time. The great part, is you don’t have to have a bunch of equipment to participate in these videos like most others. And the videos are great because they can be used by men and women at any fitness level.

This rear sculpting video starts out with a fabulous warm up to get the body going, followed by 15-minutes of squats, lunges, plyometric jumps, and muscle holds. The next 20-mintues Kim kicks it up a notch by increasing the movements and adding a touch of dance to the mix. Then she cools it down with a series of stretches. The Butt Blasting Cardio Step is the most important video of the series. This is the heart pumping cardio and step combo routine that Kim Kardashian uses to maintain her famous curves.
