Certainly the green movement has made a lot of progress at laundry mats and dry cleaners. I have not see a lot of free soap, and free wifi is still rarer. Actually I must admit that this is the first time that I have ever seen free wifi at a laundry mat, and I was quite intrigued but I did not have my notebook with me. I am wondering how they keep many non-paying customers off of their system. Last night, I saw someone siting on the sidewalk using the wifi at the People’s Cafe even after they closed.
I did not see anyone using the computer, but nevertheless, I thought that this very progressive. Usually, I have to run back to my computer in between the washer and dryer cycle, so this would definitely be an improvement. Also, free wifi has not arrived in my neighborhood.
