While the British may have lost the Revolutionary War, they still may have a bit more insight to better ways of appreciating things. While many visitors to New York City talk about Times Square, Lincoln Center, SoHo, Central Park, and all that jazz, another way to see the sights of New York City is from across the water in Brooklyn.
A recent posting on cheapukholidays.org (1) brings it out that one of the best ways to see Manhattan is actually from Fulton Ferry. “A New York experience is incomplete without an excursion to view the spectacular skyline at night. The night tour takes you across the Manhattan Bridge to view the lights from across the river. You will visit Brooklyn and the Fulton Ferry Landing for the breathtaking view of not only the city lights but the Brooklyn Bridge lights also.”
Enjoying the sights of Manhattan up close is great. From far away across the water from Fulton Ferry is just as viable an option too!
