Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Sorbet smells like homemade strawberry jam when it’s cooking on the stove.
I absolutely love the fact that it contains elderberry juice concentrate, one of my favorite berry flavors.
Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Sorbet is not an ice cream, yet satisfies a craving for something cold and creamy.
Here are a few things I learned about the sorbet from my review:
No. 1: Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Sorbet calories: 1/2 cup serving has 120 calories.

No. 3: Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Sorbet nutritional information: The sorbet contains no sodium, no cholesterol, 31 grams of carbs and 28 grams of sugar in a half cup. It has no protein. It does contain 10 percent of the recommended Vitamin C.
No. 4: Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Sorbet ingredients: The ingredients include water, strawberry puree, sugar, corny syrup, lemon juice, pectin, chokeberry juice, elderberry juice concentrate and natural flavor.
No. 5: Haagen-Dazs Strawberry Sorbet is distributed by Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream in Oakland, California.
I am pleased to say Haagen-Dazs is doing something unique to help the environment.
Haagen-Dazs, as a company, is doing something positive to help the honey bees during this time of the honey bee crisis. The Haagen-Dazs loves honey bees campaign includes information on donating, planting a bee garden and research to save the honey bees. Bee pollination, they say, is essential for the ingredients in about 50 percent of their flavors.
They partnered with Penn State University by donating money for research for helping with the honey bee crisis.
In terms of taste, the sorbet is very sweet. It has a wonderful aroma and is all-natural. I give it 4.8 out of 5 stars for taste and an extra star for the company for trying to help with the honey bee crisis!
