Spencer Pratt has found a way to get even with Heidi Montag, his soon-to-be ex, by trying to sell a sex tape made during their year and a half old marriage.
Although Shakespeare so famously said, “Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned”, we’ll just focus on the man part of the word ‘woman’. Could it be possible that the greater playwright knew his words would echo into the future and even apply to the likes of Spencer Pratt?
According to TMZ, Spencer contacted Steve Hirsch, co-CEO of porn company Vivid Entertainment, trying to sell his goods. Hirsch told TMZ, “We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”
Mr. Pratt is rather busy trying to get his side of the story told apparently and one may wonder if he’s seeking some kind of vengeance against Heidi, whose own week started with the devastating news of the death of her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan.
Spencer is not only trying to sell a sex tape, but he told Us Magazine on Thursday that he’s writing a tell-all book on none other than his relationship with Montag. It would appear that Pratt thinks a book and sex tape is like going straight for Heidi’s jugular vein.
Pratt told Us, “My last book, How to be Famous, didn’t make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section. This one is going to be totally different. I’m not holding anything back.”
His words sound like those of a man scorned, angry, and perhaps looking to make a quick buck. (Is it possible the sex tape will be included as part of the book deal?)
Heidi Montag is not taking the news of a tell-all book very lightly. In fact, she has threatened to take legal action and told TMZ Thursday, “This is exactly why I left him…right now I’m looking into my legal options.”
Pratt and Montag’s divorce will supposedly be final on Valentine’s Day, 2011 according to TMZ.
