Many professions have licensing exams; social work is no exception. The exam is the final step in being a licensed social worker. A practice study guide containing sample questions for the Social Work Licensing test can be found ASWB.org (see Refernces). There is a fee for the practice test. If taking the test before January 1, 2011, you can purchase the practice test from the website. If the test is being taken after January 1, 2011, email firstname.lastname@example.org concerning a sample test. The test is being revised after January 1, 2010.
