Put about 1 dry cup Oatmeal and blend until it is a very fine powder. A way to check if it is blended enough for oatmeal baths is to put some in a glass of warm water and see if it still has a lot of chunks after stirring.
Get a warm (not hot) bath ready to go. Fill it up as much as you want it to be.
Pour the oatmeal into the bath and make sure you break any chunks left in the bath. This is how you make baths into oatmeal baths.
Another way to get oatmeal baths is to put it in a sock and swish it around in the water until it turns to the creamy color you want. This is a method to limit chunks at the bottom of the tub.
Don’t use a dirty sock!.
Use this 1-2 times a day for itching relief.
If it is not in fine powder it might clog your drain with all of the chunks.
