In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to manage your photos in Photo Card Workshop. This tutorial will walk you through the steps of adding photos to your tray, removing photos from your tray, and rearranging your photos. To get started with this tutorial, you will need to open your Photo Card Workshop.
How to Add Photos to Your Photo Tray in Photo Card Workshop
We will begin with adding photos to your photo tray. You will need the photos that you plan to use in your photo cards in the photo tray. You will have to get the photos from the photo tray to add them to any card you are creating.
To add photos to your photo tray, you can click the Import button at the top of your panel on the left. This is your photo tray panel. That will open a box and you will need to look through the box and find a photo you want to open. Once you find the photo, click it and click the Open button on the box. The photo will then be added to your photo tray. If you want to add more photos, click the Import button again and start over. Continue doing this until you have added all of the photos you want.
How to Remove Photos from your Photo Tray in Photo Card Workshop
You now know how to add your photos to the photo tray. So, I will show you how to remove the photos you do not want in the tray. In your tray, you will need to look for the photo you want to remove. Then click the photo to select it and click the Remove button at the top of the panel. The photo will automatically be removed. If you have more photos to remove, you can do so by clicking them and clicking the Remove button.
If you need more help with this photo card software, you can see my other tutorials on Photo Card Workshop and they will walk you through the steps of using this program.
