With the Photoscape program, you can do just about anything and resizing your photos is one of those many options. In this tutorial, I am going to walk beginners through the process of resizing the photos. To do this, you will need to load the Photoscape program and load the photo you want to resize.
Opening Your Resize Tool in Photoscape
After you have opened your photo that you want to resize, you will need to open the resize tool in Photoscape. At the bottom of your program, look for the Home tab and click it. It should already be clicked, but if for some reason it is not, this is the tab you will need to open to get to your resize tool. In this panel, you are going to see the Resize button. Click this button to open your resize tool.
Resizing Your Photo in Photoscape
Once you have the resize tool opened, you can start resizing your photo. In the box that opened, you will see the height and the width of the photo you have open. In this box, you will need to change either the width or the height. Then the opposite of what you changed will also change. When you finish with the resizing, you can click the OK button on the box to save the size and close the box.
You can also resize your photo by using the percent options. To do this, you can click the arrow beside the Resize button. Then you will see the menu open. In this menu, you will see the different options for resizing your photo. You can click an option to select it and the photo will be resized.
When you are finished resizing your photo, you will need to save it before opening another photo and editing it. To do this, click the Save button on the right side of the bottom panel. When the box opens, click the option of your choice for saving the photo and then type a name for your photo and save it.
