In this guide, I will show you how to share your SiteFrame polls. You can share polls you have created by emailing them. When you create a new poll on your SiteFrame site, you can send an email to anyone you want to let them know about the poll you have created and added to your site. You can login to your admin panel to get started with this guide.
Once you are logged in, you will need to open your Website Home menu. You can do this by clicking the Website Home link on the left side of your page. Next, open your list documents by clicking the List Documents link in the left panel.
You will now see the documents page load. On this page, you will see all of the documents you have on your SiteFrame site. Locate the poll that you want to share. Click the name of the poll and the poll will load on a new page.
On the poll page, you can scroll to the bottom of the poll to see the different links. Look for the Share Poll link and click it. That will open a new box for you to fill in the email details.
In the email box, you will need to enter the person’s email address that you want to send this poll to. Then enter a subject for the poll. The subject can be the name of the poll or whatever you want it to be. Next, you can enter a message for the person you are sending the poll too.
When you are ready to share the poll, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page and the poll will be sent to the person you chose. You can email more polls if you want. This is a great way to get your poll out there and let people know you have created a new poll for your site.
