Don’t miss out on the amazing Holiday Ice Festival in downtown Ferndale on Saturday, Dec. 11. The festival will feature ice skating under city lights for the first time in the festival’s history! All day long, an ice rink will be open for the public to lace up some skates and enjoy the unique experience of ice skating downtown. Bring your own skates or rent them at the temporary ice rink.
There will also be live reindeer in Schiffer Park at Nine Mile and Planavon from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Santa will be all around the city during the Ice Festival, returning to Schiffer Park at 6:30 p.m. for the lighting of the tree. With tons of other activities for the entire family, this year’s Holiday Ice Festival is going to be a blast!
