Are you craving sashimi and wakame salad? Then get ready: what was formerly Yo’s Sushi Club will soon be ICHI Sushi.
Owned by Tim and Erin Archuleta, this small restaurant will, of course, offer sushi as well as meals that feature seasonal produce and organic meat. Their special touch: homemade nuka pickles!
Local wines and beers will be featured as well as sake and Japanese beer.
When ICHI Sushi opens, it will be located at 3369 Mission Street at Godeus. They will be open and serving dinner only, Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations may be necessary for weekend nights as there are only 20 seats in the restaurant.
