I thought that was rather interesting. After all, if you slow your breathing down enough as Buddhist are taught to control breathing and the masters of this exercise can slow the breathing to were they appear dead…. if Christ was Buddhist and not of Jewish spirituality like everyone believes, he would know how to do this. Knowledge of his impending judgment is made aware in the bible, so given the knowledge that he might have been able to control his breathing, knew he was to be executed, extensive understanding of the human mind as he would obviously have…he would be able to predict how his followers would react…he would be able to prepare himself for the hanging on the cross, slow his breathing down enough to were he appeared dead, hope to be placed in the tomb before bleeding to death and then healed using the herbal medicines that he taught his disciples how to use and so forth.
This article/blog is by no means meant to be an attack on Christ or God; I feel I have to tell you, despite the fact that you might consider it as such. I am instead, accusing the Christian church of lying about the origins of their messiah to lead the populous to their ideals and way of thinking. I still follow Christ the Buddhist and God. I love his ideals and teachings. It would actually explain were Christ was from the time he was 14 till he was 29. There is even a tribe in Kashmiri that claim to be from the lost tribe. Originally, the Kashmiris were mostly Buddhist, Hindu, and Pagan. The people of the Kashmiri eventually adopted Islam after being defeated by the Hindu Leader ruler Suhadeva by Dulchu who later became known as Malik Saduruddin after fleeing Kashmiri and then becoming king of Jammu and Kashmiri.
You should really watch the documentary “Did Christ Die”. The information doesn’t have to change your thinking towards God or Christ in my opinion, but it might affect your thinking of the Christian Church itself. For me, it sounds as if they actually perverted the teachings of a good man who only wanted to contribute to his people that he himself found enlightening, to something that would easily control the masses. Maybe even made him out to be more than what he was trying to be, which was a good man and a good teacher for the tribes and people that he originated from. Despite what I have learned and believe myself as being the truth even if others might not, I love The Divine Power. I love Christ. My feelings for both are unchanged. My attitude towards those who attempt to manipulate and control the masses, well that is undaunted too…. I never did like politicians and/or people who are obviously self-serving, trying to control everything and everyone with deception in order to becoming richer and/or more powerful than they already are. I say hand over the rest of the books to the bible and let the people decide for themselves already. What are they afraid of, that we might learn something about the Christian ideals for ourselves that we might form an opinion of our own that clashes with what they are trying to force us to accept?
Interestingly enough the correct translation of resurrection is resuscitation. It was a rich man that provided the tomb…. the herbs were not for that of the dead, but instead were meant for healing that was delivered to the tomb. The gospel reads that he was on the cross for three hours and another book in the gospel reads that he was on it for six hours. His leg was never broken while he was on the cross, which was the norm for people to die on the cross. The people would eventually die because it was harder to breath while hanging there with your legs broke unable to hold yourself up. Just hanging there nailed to the cross, and standing there wasn’t what was expected to kill you. Everybody assumes either the pain was so excruciating I guess or that he bleeds to death on the cross, but he wasn’t on the cross long enough to do so. So what really killed Christ on the cross, or was he really dead when they took him down…. did he appear dead enough to fool his tormentors. It is also spoken of a sponge with vinegar in it, but what if it was a sedative to knock him out and give Christ the appearance of death…. yes, I spoke of the ability to slow the breathing, but certain herbs will do it to if you haven’t mastered the breathing techniques to that focal point yet too.
Oddly enough, and even the atheist love to point this out in Mark 15: 34 it says “Then at three o’clock Jesus called out with a loud voice `Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani? ` Which means ` My God, my God, why have you abandoned me? `”
I’m not saying that Christ lost his faith…it may have weakened a little, but it is obvious that “The Divine” didn’t forsake Christ, because he didn’t die on the cross like his tormenters tried so hard to make happen. Christ may not have died on the cross, but he did live on to teach some mighty enlightening words of wisdom.
Even more interesting is the idea everyone has about the apocalypse…. everyone seems to think it is the end of days, but that is not the correct translation of the apocalypse…it means, lifting of the veil, revelation. It is a disclosure of something hidden from the majority of mankind in an era dominated by falsehood and misconception as it is mentioned in the wikipedia and in the documentary itself.
I don’t know if I said this yet…I might have, but just to let you know, I actually have nothing against Christians. I grew up in a Christian family. I’m not Atheist by any means. I love God/Goddess/The Divine more than you’ll ever know, despite everything I’ve written, but I also, believe in getting my facts straight. I refuse to be dictated to on what I should believe, just because everyone else thinks that his or her view is the only view. Despite the fact that the Atheists had originally set out to try and tear apart the Christian belief, I think they failed. They didn’t disprove Christ’s existence. They didn’t disprove God in any shape or form. They even showed that he was born of Jewish decent, but they did seem to tear Christ out of the Jewish Spirituality.
Christ was actually a totally different personality from the God that the Old Testament teaches about. In the old testament of the Christian bible God is wrathful vindictive. It talks about judgment, hate, cursing and smiting those who would speak against him. However, Christ was a totally different personality. He taught not to judge those who have done wrong, to give bountifully, to love your neighbors and enemies both, to forgive those who have wronged you. These teaching are totally opposite of the teachings found in the Old Testament, but are taught bountifully in the Buddhist religion.
Remember this is just my opinion supported by the facts that I have found from watching documentaries and reading the bible. It doesn’t have to change your opinion. It is my view. I just wanted to share what I have learned. You may even disagree. That is ok…please don’t get to bent out of shape about my views being different from yours. You have the right to feel the way you do of course…. You have your opinion and I have mine….
Just so you know, some of my best friends are Christian…most of them are actually…. I love Christians, but I also love science, knowledge, and actual hard found proven facts.
