You have suspicions. Whatever they are, you have a feeling that your significant other is hiding something. Reaffirm your suspicions and find evidence of infidelity. Some of what is mentioned may be questionable, but honestly…would you rather keep living the rest of your days in suspicion and dread, or finally get to the bottom of what’s going on and start finding solutions to your problems? It’s time to accept the facts and face this monster straight on. The earlier you find out the truth, the earlier you can come to a personal resolution with your significant other, and the earlier you can begin the healing process. It’s time to tune in your senses for observation, apply some detective work, and even use technological advances to your full advantage.
Signs that your significant other is cheating:
-Spending too much time on the computer
-Increase or sudden interest in pornography
-Random hairs that are not yours
-Increased time away from home, frequent “emergency” trips
-Changes in work schedule and/or unexpected overtime at work
-Condoms, if you don’t use them with your significant other
-Changes in physical appearance, wearing of cologne, all of a sudden, he/she is concerned about breast, wrinkles, weight, etc.
-Randomly picking fights with you, increase in guilt trips, attention put to your own negative/unacceptable behaviors that were not a big deal in the past. This is your significant other’s way to rationalize their cheating by telling themselves that you are failing them, not giving them enough sex, bothering them, etc.
-Hides in bathroom or room to receive/make calls. Increase in “work related” calls. Excessive texting
-Your sex life with your significant other has changed drastically. It becomes either extinct or excessive with different/strange requests.
If you are reading this, chances are you have your own reasons to be suspicious of infidelity. You know your significant other more than most people. Trust your instinct. If something feels wrong, it more than likely is. Follow up these gut feeling with evidence.
How to find out if your significant other is cheating:
-One of the easiest ways to find out if your significant other is cheating is by checking their computer. If he/she has their own computer and it is password protected, find a time when he accidentally leaves his computer on and install the program on the website: WebWatcherNow.com. If you have a shared computer, it will be easy to install this. It will record EVERYTHING your significant other does on the computer, even from a remote area. For example, if it’s installed on his computer, you can check what he is looking at from another computer without him knowing. You will find emails, websites, text that he/she types, chatting logs, and much more. It’s completely invisible, and your significant other won’t even know it’s there. It does have a cost, but it’s an excellent investment if you are truly serious about finding out what is going on. You can catch your significant other in a lie, find out their plans, find out who they are talking to, or discover that they are looking for sex on a website such as craigslist.com. It’s user friendly and they have a wonderful customer service staff who are extremely helpful at answering any questions.
-Another option is hiring a private detective. The problem with hiring a private investigator is that they are expensive. The prices can range from $1,000 – $5,000. It varies greatly depending on location, degree of danger, and other factors. They can obtain information and evidence that you may not find on the computer using WebWatcher. If your significant other does not have a computer they use, you may want to hire a private detective. They are good at what they do, but the outcome is not guaranteed and you would still have to pay. You can easily Google “private infidelity detectives” and find some in your area if you are interested. You may or may not be familiar with the show Cheaters, but it consists of concerned significant others trying to find evidence on infidelity. You can actually submit your case to Cheaters! This is actually a long shot and almost guaranteed to be a dramatic finale to the relationship. You don’t pay Cheaters, they pay you. So it could be a free way to get a private investigator! You can submit your case here: http://www.cheaters.com/?page=submit-a-case
-There are “phone spy” and “phone tracking” programs that can help set your mind at ease in regards to what your significant other is doing on the phone. I did a little bit of research on this, and apparently there is a good phone tracking program called FlexiSPY (http://www.flexispy.com). It does the following:
**Live Call Interception. (listen to their calls.)
** Read SMS (text messages), Call Logs, & Email.
** Remote Monitoring. (Secretly listen in to the phone’s surroundings.)
** Stealth GPS Tracking (Track your cheating spouse movements!)
The price of FlexiSPY range according to what program and features you require. It’s nice that they give you an option as to what features you want to pay for. It works with a lot of phones. Though it is more expensive than WebWatcher and less expensive than a private detective, it could very well be worth it…especially if your loved one is spending more time on the phone than with you. Keep in mind that the legality of any of this can be questioned, and ruled out or inadmissible in a court. So don’t count on using any of this as legal evidence, but more for your own personal evidence so you can decide what you will do in regards to your relationship.
Spying on your own can be hard and even dangerous. Using technological advances to your advantage saves you a lot of time, work and energy. Consider it. Assuming, waiting, worrying, watching and hoping will eat away at you until you find what you are looking for. Don’t be played for a fool any longer. Realize that if and when you confront your significant other, he/she will not admit it and if they do, they may guilt trip you so that you can question your own ‘morals’ by spying. Stay strong and realize that if they weren’t being unfaithful, you would have had no reason to be suspicious. They may try to explain it all away, but have a game plan ready if you plan to leave your significant other, or be prepared to “forgive” him/her…but don’t completely stop spying…they are bound to go back to their cheating habits once again after a little while. Be realistic, and best of luck.
