The final three are in the place to be and Big Brother Season 12 only has two episodes left. If I would have been asked to pick the final three on the first day of Big Brother, I would have been totally wrong. Well, I think that Enzo would have probably been on my list. I always thought Lane was a little too bone-headed to make it to the finals, but that goes to show you that winning Big Brother doesn’t necessarily involve brains. It’s a combination of competitiveness, tenacity, luck and the sheer will to win. I won’t even say who I think will win because there are still so many variables that could determine the $500,000 grand prize winner.
Episode 27 on Thursday night was a live show however nobody was evicted. Julie Chen began by saying that the three Brigade bros made it to the finale. They begin with scenes from previous episodes that showed the guys coming clean with Britney about their Brigade alliance. She, of course, is devastated realizing that she can’t possibly beat the three of them at this point. And then there were three, The Beast (Lane), The Animal (Hayden) and the Meow Meow.
Julie explains on the live show that the last Head of Household competition will come in three parts. The first part began on the last episode. We see the guys hanging on ropes and flying in the air. The ropes take them from side to side and smash them into a plush wall. The wall is soft, but the hits are not and the guys are taking a pretty good beating. In the diary room confessions, Hayden says that the Brigade is dead and that it’s every man for himself. His Brigade brothers share the same sentiment. Enzo feels he has to fight hard because he doesn’t think either Lane or Hayden will take him to the final.
Lane talks about how much he misses Britney and how he wanted to take her to the final with him. More rope scenes are shown and the guys are now getting doused with pouring water. Lane likens the rope HOH challenge to a Texas bar fight. They are sitting on these little wooden seats that are not comfortable at all, especially when you are dangling in the air, being slammed from side to side and you are a person with male parts. Next the rope slams Enzo into the wall full force and he can’t recover. Enzo is out. Hayden comments that once again Enzo fails at winning a challenge. That leaves Hayden and Lane competing to win the first part of the HOH competition.
Enzo figured since he was freezing and hungry, he would go in and enjoy the house and some alone time. While Lane and Hayden are being battered, you see Enzo inside making Pizza and soup. He then goes out and sits while the other guys are being tortured. They can’t believe Enzo is out there eating in front of them. Finally after 2 hours and 35 minutes, Lane falls off of his rope, making Hayden the winner of Part 1.
Lane and Enzo will face off in Part 2 and the winner will go up against Hayden to determine the final HOH.
Julie comes on screen and talks to the guys and asks Enzo how he pulled off making it to the final 3. He says he is lucky to be there. Lane says it was very hard to keep the alliance a secret and when asked about how the others will act, Hayden says “They are going to hate us.” I agree that the three Brigade bros may very well get some dirty looks come Wednesday.
Julie explains that the winner of Part 3 of the HOH competition gets to decide who he wants to take with him to the finals and the evicted member will come out and have a small talk with her. Then the jury asks questions to the final two before they vote. This will all go down live on Wednesday, September 15th at 9p.m. in a special two hour finale that airs after the premiere of Survivor: Nicaragua.
Next Big Brother shows clips of Enzo’s house back in Bayonne New Jersey. His wife Joella talks of how proud she is of Enzo, and I could see that she is just as exciting and fun as her husband. Their baby girl Jada is absolutely adorable. Enzo’s mom talks next and says that her son is making Jersey proud. Clips of Enzo’s family watching the POV competition that Enzo won are shown as they celebrate Enzo’s very important win. Joella says that Enzo made an adorable penguin and she went out and bought her daughter a stuffed penguin. The scenes are so cute and you can tell Enzo has a great family.
Okay, enough of the family fun, in the jury house, things are anything but. Kathy says that she is avoiding Matt because of the lie he told about his wife having the rare bone disease. While they are trying to figure out who will get evicted next, we see Ragan hop out of his limousine and mosey into the house. Rachel is smiling very hard when she sees it is Ragan and she says it is sweet revenge that he was kicked out of the house. Just when I forget why I don’t like Rachel, she does something to remind me once again. She is an evil little wench.
Matt asks to talk to Ragan alone and proceeds to tell him that he lied about his wife being sick. Ragan looks beyond pissed. He tells Matt that he has nothing to say and is completely shell-shocked. Ragan says that a boundary was definitely crossed and I agree that Matt went to a different level to try to win the competition. Matt took it to a lower level that should never have been visited. I can’t imagine if Matt actually would have won, how betrayed everyone would have felt and I am glad that he didn’t. Hayden was right to call Matt a snake. He is all kinds of snake. Ragan then confesses to the jury house that he has a PH. D. and teaches at California State-Long Beach. Rachel looks jealous. She then starts asking Ragan questions and he politely answers trying to give Rachel a little insight. I don’t know why he bothered because Rachel’s evil side comes out when Ragan tells her that she was bad at the game and that he was honest and not hateful like her. Just as he said before, Ragan tells Rachel that she was the root of all the arguments in the house and Rachel gets pissed and tells Ragan to “Go grab your tiara and be a (expletive) queen.” I really can’t stand Rachel
Next is Part 2 of the HOH competition and Enzo and Lane must correctly identify five photos that have been morphed and the two house guests that are in those photos. Lane wins the competition by 30 seconds. That means Lane and Hayden go head to head to see who will win the last HOH competition to decide the other player that makes the final two. America also gets to vote on their favorite house guest and who they want to win $25,000. At first I would say my boo Ragan, but he already has $20,000 from being the saboteur so I will vote for Britney. She played a good game while she was there and I think she might have a good number of fans. Hopefully she can take America’s choice. There will be a Big Brother special on CBS Sunday with never before seen moments in the house. And on Wednesday the winner of Big Brother Season 12 will be crowned. Happy Watching Folks!
