Kim Kardashian’s nude photos from a Playboy photo shoot she did in 2007 have been released and she is upset over this. She thought those days were behind her until the never before pictures from that photo session came back to haunt her, according to the Huffington Post.
Kardashian was uncomfortable doing those pictures and only agreed to do them in the first place because her mother, Kris Jenner, pushed her to do them. Her mother’s advice was, “Go for it,” and “They might never ask you again. Our show isn’t on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you’ll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you’re my age.”, according to the magazine.
The pictures Kardashian is referring to, were taken three years ago and she has since taken nude photos for Harpers Bazaar. She was also mortified when a sex tape she had made with a past boyfriend was released, according to the website Spike.
Kardashian is not a woman who lacks intelligence, so why take all these nude images, report that it was a mistake and then do it all over again, for more regrets?
You just cannot have it both ways. Kardashian cannot continue to be photographed naked and then sing her regrets to the press much longer. It has happened too many times to capture credibility. Unless of course she is playing the victim because it garnishes more media attention, which appears to have been the case so far.
Kardashian is just one of a handful of stars who is getting tons of free publicity for crying “victim” when their naked image shows up for the public to view. Kendra Wilkinson made a bundle of money on her sex tape after going as far as saying she was hiring lawyers to fight its release. Come to find out, RadarOnline did some investigating and found out that it was Wilkinson herself releasing the tapes. This type of scenario has played out a few times with the celebrities.
When Kardashian’s sex tape was released, she was a victim of an old boyfriend. Now that more of her unseen shots from Playboy are showing up, she is a victim of her mother’s persistence to do this.
If you take a naked picture for a magazine such as Playboy, it is out there forever. This has been true since the inception of the magazine decades ago and even more prevalent today with the technology of the Internet.
For someone who regrets all the naked images that she has made available to the public, it seems it did not stop Kardashian from basking in the fame it rendered. It is too late to play the victim or even express regrets, especially since she repeated the behavior by taking pictures for Harpers Bazaar.
If Kardashian doesn’t get the game plan by now with what happens with nude images, then she really is just another pretty face and that is it!
