La Croix grapefruit flavored sparkling water is also called Pamplemousse, which means grapefruit in French.
With no calories, no artificial sweetener and no sodium, I can think of no reason to drink anything else! I loved the refreshing grapefruit flavor. It would be even better with just a splash of grapefruit juice, especially for those on the grapefruit juice diet.
I’ve also tried the lime flavor which is also refreshing. The thing to remember is sparkling waters are not sweet. If you stay off sugar as part of a low carb diet, you may actually feel as though you are drinking a sweetened soda just because you don’t have a taste anymore for sweet drinks.
On the other hand, if you can’t drink unsweetened sparkling water, add just a splash of real fruit juice. It’s a great soda pop substitute for children, and a lower calorie drink for adults on a diet.
The La Croix is similar in taste to the Perrier Pamplemousse, but in cans instead of a glass bottle.

For my review, I give La Croix Grapefruit 4.5 out of 5 for taste.
