Late July brand of Mild Green Mojo multigrain snack chips are a spicy change of pace from the typical tortilla chip.
Flavored with green chilies, cheese and lime, the triangular chips have a generous sprinkling of green flecks. You can see the flax seeds in the chips which have a hearty texture. They remind me of guacamole type chips and would pair nicely with your homemade guacamole recipe, with Pace Mexican Four Cheese Salsa Con Queso or Tribe Origins hummus.
If you are searching for a healthy after-school snack or gluten free snacks, the Late July organic multigrain snack chips are great. If you are trying to prevent winter weight gain, these chips are perfect because they contain fiber but not a lot of sugar. The Late July Mojo chips have 16 grams of whole grains per serving. They remind me a little of the Rice Works chips that are also gluten free in terms of texture.
