But you don’t need a horse to camp at Little Manatee River State Park. A 34 site full facility campground offers guests a chance to spend the night after cruising the trails and river. Amenities include electricity and water at each site as well as a picnic table and fire ring.
The sites are divided by native plants, allowing each site to feel secluded from the rest. Restrooms are nearby each loop complete with hot showers and a coin operated washer and dryer. A youth campsite is also available upon request for large parties. RV’s up to 68 feet in length are welcome at Little Manatee River State Park.
